You are a twisted, bestial thing, monstrous in appearance if not temperament. Social interaction is near impossible (−15 to Animal Control, Leadership—unless your followers are Monstrous, too, Negotiate, Seduce, Disguise, and Performance, and animals and people alike avoid or run from you.
If you purchase Animal Kinship, the penalty imposed by this fault do not apply to animals and the effects of the Animal Kinship trump work normally. Famous Amos may be bought if you can provide a good back-story; GM's discretion.
Other interesting combinations include Siren Song, Massive, Tough as Nails, Cursed, Owned, etc.
